Total Anesthesia, Inc. is a full-spectrum anesthesia practice serving Richmond and central Virginia. The group currently consists of over 15 MDs, 30 CRNAs, and our business office staff. We provide anesthesia for a wide range of inpatient and outpatient procedures, as our group serves three acute-care hospitals and several multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers. Our anesthesiologists have the opportunity to supervise and work closely with CRNAs at several centers as well as provide MD-only anesthesia at our other locations. We cover a wide variety of cases – general, vascular, cardiac, kidney transplants, ENT, pediatrics, neonatal, orthopedics, urologic, gynecologic, plastics, and neuro – and we also have the second largest obstetric center in Virginia. In all of these settings, we pride ourselves on providing excellent care for our patients in a team-oriented clinical environment.
